Sometimes even the most natural things in the world don’t come naturally.
Learning to breastfeed can be decided to breastfeed but are unsure of how to start. Research shows that breastfeeding provides many health benefits for you and your baby. Our Breastfeeding class introduces the basics of breastfeeding and prepares expectant parents for a healthy breastfeeding relationship with their baby.

We’ll go over:
—      Advantages of breastfeeding
—      Nutritional needs for mother and baby
—      Breastfeeding techniques such as latching, bottle use and breast pumping
—      Returning to work while breastfeeding
—      Common facts and myths about breastfeeding

You’ll need to bring:
—      Baby doll or stuffed animal for practice purposes
—      A snack and water
