THE SECOND HALF OF 2020 DOES NOT NEED TO BE LIKE THE FIRST!



It's time.



The 1st July marks a pivotal moment- the end of the first half of the year and the beginning of the second.



The first half of the year went in a way no one could comprehend. But a time comes where we are all required to find our feet again.



Whether you need to do this for your work, your relationships, your family or for your financial situation, we invite you to join us in our free dynamic meditation class - to re-ignite the leader within.



About ROAR:

When we first started ROAR 2 years ago, we made it specifically for men feeling depressed, looking to help them release pent up emotion.



What we instead received was men from all walks of life, who felt there was "more" inside than how they had been living. While some were indeed dealing with anxiety or depression, the overwhelming majority were just looking to reconnect to a feeling of being "alive."



This is the central tenant of our 1 hour dynamic-meditation class, ROAR.



You will shake up your body in a way you've never done before.



You'll release neuro-muscular tension, stress, anxiety, fear, and low energy.



You will awaken a strength inside you that is the embodiment of your full potential.



You will find the ROAR in you once again. You will awaken the real you.



Class approx. schedule and format:

- 08:00 SHARP - Start and Intro

- 08:05 - Pranayamic breathing exercise

- 08:10 - Exercise tutorials and practice, including:

- bioenergetic bow (as taught by Elliott Hulse)

- ground bounce (as inspired by Masai Mara tribal warriors)

- bioenergetic catharsis (as taught by Elliott Hulse)

- ROAR (as inspired by YOU)

- 08:15 - Group dynamic meditation circuit

- 08:30 - Group traditional meditation, including:

- breathing exercise (as taught by Wim Hof)

- vipassana & metta mediation (as taught by S. N. Goenka)

- 3 to thrive meditation (as taught by Tony Robbins)

- 9:00 - Class conclusion



Class Rules:

1. We don't judge anyone



What to wear:

- Breathable sports attire



What to bring:

- Water bottle

- Warm jumper/hoodie if required



Who to invite

- Anyone you like!



What to expect:

- Lots of loud, crazy energy as released by you and other participants

- Lots of fun and music

- Clarity, focus, peace and vibrancy after you're done

Where to park: Refer to pictures (search South Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club). NB: It will take you 10mins to walk from carpark to location.



We will start at 8:00am SHARP!



PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT THE LOCATION BY 7:50 SO THE GROUP DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU.
